Mario Golf: Super Rush is the sixth installment in the Mario Golf series, released worldwide for the Nintendo Switch on June 25, 2021. It was first announced during a Nintendo Direct broadcast on February 17, 2021. The game introduces multiple modes, such as Speed Golf and Battle Golf, in which golfers must physically run to the ball in-between swings under time pressure, often alongside other players. Additionally, the game has a story mode similar to Mario Golf on the Game Boy Color and Mario Golf: Advance Tour, involving leveling up the player Mii's stats while going through a variety of unique challenges. The game departs from the three-press system present in the previous games of the series, instead having each swing involve two button presses, with the club type and terrain determining the accuracy of the shot.

This mode is added in version 4.0.0. In Target Golf, there are three targets that are lighted up, each consisting of four scoring zones with a flag in the middle (there are no holes to sink the golf ball in). In this mode, players take turns to hit from one of the multiple different tees to one of the targets. In order to obtain points, the player must land the golf ball on one of the zones, which will grant points to the player based on how close it is to the flag. From the outermost zone to the innermost zone, the points granted are: 10 points, 20 points, 30 points, and 40 points. After points are obtained from landing the golf ball on that part of the zone, it stops lighting up and is considered knocked out, meaning that landing on the same part of the zone won't grant points to another player. When all of a zone's circles have been knocked out, the last player who caused it gets a Dead-Aim Bonus, which grants an additional 30 points on top of the points granted, although this bonus is not affected by any multiplier. On certain shots, which is during the turn of the player with the least amount of points in multiplayer and the last of every five shots in Solo Challenge, a star target will light up, which has three zones. The amount of points granted from landing the ball within the outermost zone to the innermost zone are: 20 points, 40 points, and 100 points. After the golf ball landed on any part of this star target, the rest of the zones stop lighting up.

The club set determines the types of clubs available. The given options are the same as in Speed Golf, with the difference that the putter is not available as an option. Three different courses are available in target golf: Standard, Forest, and Volcano. These courses are different from any other course in the game, even the ones in Battle Golf. The Standard course has a simple layout with no obstacles and few elevation changes, the Forest course has a woodsy layout featuring trees, a river, and longer distances from tees to targets, and the Volcano course has a tricky layout featuring lava and some elevation changes. In every course, there are four different tee points, offering different vantage points from the targets. Tee changes happen differently between multiplayer and Solo Challenge. In multiplayer, they happen after everybody has taken a shot, while in Solo Challenge, they happen after every five shots are taken.

On certain turns, all players are given a different type of golf ball, which has different types of effects. In multiplayer, they happen at the beginning of the second and fourth turns, while in Solo Challenge, they happen at the beginning of every third of five shots. The following ball types include:

In multiplayer, Target Golf lasts for five turns, where every player will be able to hit a golf ball once per turn, ordered by the player order. At the end of the five turns, the player(s) with the most points win.

Cooperative agents are one of the most important components of a distributed intrusion detection architecture. An agent is an autonomous or semi-autonomous piece of software that runs in the background and performs useful tasks for another. Relative to IDSs, an agent is generally a piece of software that senses intrusions locally and reports attack information to central analysis servers. The cooperative agents can form a network among themselves for data transmission and processing. The use of multiple agents across a network allows a broader view of the network than might be possible with a single IDS or centralized IDSs.

Unified threat management (UTM) is an approach to information security in which a single hardware or software installation provides multiple security functions (intrusion prevention, antivirus, content filtering and so forth). This contrasts with the traditional method of having point solutions for each security function. UTM simplifies information-security management because the security administrator has a single management and reporting point rather than having to juggle multiple products from different vendors. UTM appliances have quickly gained popularity, partly because the all-in-one approach simplifies installation, configuration and maintenance. Such a setup saves time, money and people when compared to the management of multiple security systems. Here are the features that a UTM can provide:

Network load balancers can have an active-active or active-passive configuration. An active-active configuration means that multiple load balancing servers are working at all times to handle the requests as they come in. An active-passive configuration has one primary server and others are in listening mode, ready to be activated and start splitting the load if the first server becomes overwhelmed.
